What is Boot Camp?
Boot camp is a complete fitness program designed for everyone from the 1st timer to the extreme veteran. All classes are taught by Personal Trainers that will push you to your personal limit.
You will work harder than you think you can and you will get better results than you think are possible.
Boot camp is a great way to hire a great trainer without breaking the bank.

- 2 times per week: $149 / mo
- 3 times per week: $199 / mo
- 5 times per week: $299 / mo
Q: Can I physically do the class?
A: Yes. We meet with you prior to your joining to determine your personal capabilities. We have people at every level of fitness come to bootcamp, and all are challenged at their own level. You don’t have to be a world-class athlete, you just have to want to improve your fitness and be willing to work for it.
Q: Will the workouts get boring or repetitive after a couple weeks?
A: No, we rarely do the same workout a second time. Many of the exercises will be the same, but the workout will change, adapt, and evolve daily to keep it new!
Q: Will I be yelled at?
A: We only use positive encouragement but you will be pushed to your limit. In our team atmosphere, not only the trainer but also your classmates will be encouraging you to push yourself and praising your accomplishments.
Q: When Can I Join?
A: You are welcome to join any time. The beginning of each week works best.
Q: What should I expect?
A: A fun and challenging workout with a great team atmosphere, led by professional trainers with experience and proven results.
